TAXAID.us was founded by Ronald A. Marini, of the Law firm of Marini & Associates, P.A.  Mr. Marini is a FLORIDA ATTORNEY SINCE 1982, ,who has LLM in Tax Law from the University of Miami School of Law and has over 25 years of Experience in Resolving Client's Tax Problems.

TAXAID.us is also responsible for saving Millions of Dollars in Taxes, Penalties and Interest through Aggressively Representation clients before the IRS at:

Prior to starting TAXAID.us, Mr. Marini was a TAX SPECIALIST for Arthur Andersen & Co., a multinational tax, accounting and consulting firm, where he represented NUMEROUS High Net Worth Individuals and Large Corporate Taxpayers before the IRS and State Departments of Taxation.

With over 50 Large Case Audits (amount in dispute over $1MM), 6 Inter-Company Pricing cases(Section 482), multiple Payroll Tax collection cases, numerous Offer and Compromise cases and a Land Mark Court Decision (never decided before by a U.S. court) limiting a States right to Tax (New Sea Escape Cruise, Ltd v. Department of Revenue, 823 So.2d 161 (Fla 4th DCA 2002), approved, 894 So.2d 954 (Fla 2005)); has resulted in providing Mr. Marini with Extensive Experience in representing clients, both LARGE and SMALL, before the Internal Revenue Service and other State Departments of Taxation.

Mr. Marini is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He is also a member of the State Bar of Florida Since 1982, as well as various other legal organizations.
